From Perú to the World

“From Peru to the World” is a program created by the saxophone player Claudia Medina with the aim of creating a cultural interchange through music and contribute to the education of music students and teachers worldwide, by bringing the opportunity to learn from the music of Peru and other cultures, using jazz as a tool of composition and musicality. This workshop has the purpose of creating a community of globally minded young music students through the understanding of each other’s traditions and incorporate them into their own creative voices.
